Kaohsiung Zoo Taiwan.

A zoo is a facility in which animals are confined within enclosures, displayed to the public, and in which they may also be bred.

At first I was keen to get some photo’s from the zoo but I was disgusted with how all these amazing creatures where kept, their enclosures where tiny, the animals looked tired and sad. I can’t imagine what it would be like not to be able to stretch your legs by running across a plain or swing from tree to tree, free wild and happy.

I know zoo’s are important for research, breeding program’s and for the joy of the human race, but there was nothing enjoyable about seeing these beautiful, living, once happy, wild and free animals reduced to such sadness.

If this blog stir’s emotion, don’t ignore it share this with your friends, get off your  butt and do even the littlest thing for someone or something far less fortunate than you. Every little helps.
